Registration Steps

Registration is a two-step process: provisional (SMS) and full (email).

Step 1: Provisional Registration (SMS verification)

Select language

Open the app and choose your preferred language (Japanese / English / Chinese / Vietnamese).

Search building

Enter your building name. Tap your building from the search results.

Enter room number

Type your room number (e.g., 101, 305).

Phone number

Enter your Japanese mobile number to receive an SMS verification code.

6-digit code

Type the 6-digit code from the SMS within 5 minutes.

Agree to 4 items

Read and agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, building rules, and contact-sharing consent.

After Step 6, provisional registration is complete. You can use:

  • Garbage Calendar
  • Local Events
  • AI Chat
  • Notifications

International phones

Your phone number must be a Japanese mobile number to receive SMS verification. If you only have a foreign SIM, ask your management company for assistance.

Step 2: Full Registration (Email verification)

Enter email

From the home screen banner or Settings, enter your email address.

Tap the link

Open the verification email and tap the link within 24 hours.

Complete

Return to the app — full registration is now active.

After full registration, you can also:

  • Submit Maintenance Reports (with photos)
  • Submit Move-out Notices
  • Submit Noise Complaints (anonymous)
  • Reply to messages from your management company

What if I can't find my building?

Ask your management company to register your building with Cloud Manage. They can do it in under a minute.

What if I lose my phone?

After getting a new device:

  1. Reinstall the app
  2. Tap "Already registered" on the language screen
  3. Verify with SMS to the same phone number

If your phone number has changed, contact your management company.
