Welcome to the Cloud Manage Resident App. This summary manual is provided in English for residents who prefer to read in English. The full manual with detailed visuals is available in Japanese.

Available in Multiple Languages

The app itself supports Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Vietnamese. You can switch the language any time from the Settings screen.

Registration: Two Steps

Step 1: Provisional Registration (SMS verification)

  1. Select language → Search and select your building → Enter room number
  2. Enter phone number → Receive 6-digit SMS code → Enter code
  3. Agree to 4 consent items
  4. Provisional registration complete — you can use Garbage Calendar, Events, AI Chat

Step 2: Full Registration (Email verification)

  1. Enter email address
  2. Tap the verification link in the email (valid 24 hours)
  3. Full registration complete — you can also submit Maintenance Reports and Requests

In Case of Emergency

Call 119 / 110 First

For fire, medical emergencies, or crime, call 119 or 110 immediately. The app does not handle emergency dispatches.

For property emergencies (water leak, locked out, etc.):

  1. Call 119/110 if life is at risk
  2. Submit a Maintenance Report with 🔴 Urgent priority
  3. Call the emergency contact number shown after submission

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't find my building when searching

Ask your management company to register the building in the system.

I'm not receiving the SMS verification code

  • Wait 30 seconds, then tap "Resend"
  • Make sure your phone number is correct
  • International SIM cards may not receive Japanese SMS

The link expires after 24 hours. Request a new one from the registration screen.

Are noise complaints anonymous?

Yes, completely anonymous. The management company only receives the building name, time, noise type, location, and details. Your name, room number, phone, and email are never shared.
